1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
  • Returns must be requested within [4-5] days of delivery.

  • Custom-made or perishable items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Reason for return
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Return at your own cost (unless the item is faulty).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [4-5] business days  after we receive the item.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Sale/Discounted Items: Refunded at the purchase price.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size/model.


5. Cancellations
